Dr. R. Kumar, a renowned dermatologist and cosmetologist in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand, completed his MBBS in 2005 from SKMC Muzaffarpur, Bihar, followed by his post-graduation in Dermatology from RIMS, Ranchi, in 2012. After post-graduation, he pursued a fellowship in Laser Aesthetic Medicine from Venkat Charmalaya, Bengaluru, under the guidance of Dr. Venkat Ram Mysore. He also briefly worked with Kaya Skin Clinic in Andheri, Mumbai.

Understanding the importance of good skin health amid modern lifestyles, Dr. Kumar established Dr. Kumar Skin & Laser Clinic in 2014 in central Jamshedpur. Within five years, he expanded and opened a second branch in Mango. Today, he is recognized nationally and internationally for his expertise.

Dr. Kumar follows a holistic, patient-friendly approach, focusing on identifying root causes and offering customized treatments. Because of this, he receives patients from many cities across India.

He is continuously involved in spreading awareness about skin issues and clearing common myths. Dr. Kumar is associated with major medical bodies like IMA, ISPD, ACSI, CDSI, AAD, and several other dermatology-related associations.
